Full Description:
'Before and after' shots of Stock High Street showing Rectory Hall on the right and Tudor Cottage on the left. According to the caption a house shown on the left was called 'Ivy Bank' for a time but has now reverted to it's original name of 300 years ago - 'Drivers'. The earlier black & white photograph taken by Fred Spalding was used in a 1987 Stock Village calendar and the later colour picture was taken by Colin Tant in 1988.
The photographs, 20cm x 12cm and 17cm x 10cm respectively, are in good condition mounted one above the other in laminated form.
